What is the Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA)?
The SRA is the regulatory body for solicitors. They set down standards and regulations which solicitors are expected to adhere to.
The SRA can investigate solicitors for alleged non compliance with the SRA principles and other obligations and they can take enforcement action against any solicitor who fails to comply.
