Disclosure

What is Disclosure?

Disclosure refers to the stage in litigation when each party to the claim has to disclose to the other side which documents they have in their possession which are relevant to the issues the Employment Tribunal is having to decide upon.

All documents must be disclosed, even those which work against the party disclosing them.

If you have questions or need advice it is advisable to get advice from qualified, specialist employment solicitors.  Please get in touch with us on 01483 303636 to discuss your situation and see how we can help.
