Disclosure

What is Disclosure?

Disclosure refers to the stage in litigation when each party to the claim has to disclose to the other side which documents they have in their possession which are relevant to the issues the Employment Tribunal is having to decide upon. All documents must be disclosed, even those which work against the party disclosing them.
