What is a Schedule of Loss?
In Employment Tribunal proceeds the Claimant will have to produce a Schedule of Loss on a specified date. This Schedule will set out in detail what compensation the Claimant is claiming as part of their claim. It is done in a specific format depending on the nature of the claim and is a very important part of any claim.
