A Company Handbook will contain the employer’s policies on various employment related practices and issues. The Handbook will usually include the employer’s policy on sickness absence, annual leave, grievances, disciplinaries, maternity leave, unpaid leave, confidentiality, data protection, whistleblowing, redundancies, notice periods, car allowances etc.
