What is an Appeal?
In the context of the Employment Tribunals, sometimes a judgement can be appealed. However, there are very narrow grounds on which this can be done. One is that the Tribunal got the law wrong and the other ground is that the decision was perverse in that no other reasonable Tribunal would have come to the same decision.
