What is a Remedies Hearing?
Once a claim has been decided in favour of the claimant, there will be a remedies hearing. This can follow straight on from the liability hearing or it can be listed for a different day. At the remedies hearing, the Tribunal (which can be a full panel or a Judge alone) will decide on how much compensation (or which other remedies) should be awarded to the claimant.
