Holiday Pay

In order to comply with the Working Time Regulations you must provide full pay to workers whilst they are on holiday, this includes any commission or premiums they may earn. The Regulations set a minimum amount of holiday that you must give, to all workers including those that are part time. We can make sure you get the entitlement right and make sure you are paying the correct amount for that holiday. We can also guide you on the process for when employees start and leave.
