Vicky qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and spent the first few years of her career working for a large Claimant firm before leaving in order to gain experience of acting for employers.
During her career Vicky has advised on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters including unfair dismissal, redundancy, contractual claims and all forms of discrimination.
Vicky works part time and specialises in advising on settlement agreements, drafting employment contracts and staff handbooks and providing general employment advice.
