Not every business needs or has the budget for a dedicated HR Manager. However, it is inevitable that all employers will need to have HR input at some stage, whether that be at the recruitment stage, during the course of the individuals employment or at the end of that relationship.
As well as being employment law solicitors, we also offer a HR service. The two disciplines often go hand in hand. At times, you may find you need the services of a solicitor, whether that be as external support to your own HR Manager or for tricky situations you may find yourselves in. However, at other times, you may need pure HR support and we have a qualified HR Manager who can help.
We are different to most HR advisors as we are qualified solicitors, who specialise in employment law and as such we are fully on top of the changes to law and precedents set by case law.
We can provide one off services or you can pay a fixed monthly fee to cover all of your needs. We can be here at the end of a telephone (or email) which we will usually be able to respond to the same working day or the following day if it is sent later in the day. We can also come to your offices and work with you and your team on site, this can be a one off visit or a regular weekly / monthly visit – whatever you need we will provide.
