Having qualified as a solicitor in 2001 I worked in law firms in London and the Middle East specialising in employment law. I now work as an expert employment law trainer.
I design and deliver training for UK and international clients, in both the public and private sectors, on all aspects of workplace law. My courses are informative, highly engaging and practical, providing opportunity for discussion, debate and discovery in a safe, non-judgemental space. I am passionate about working with employees, managers and senior leadership teams to give them the understanding and confidence to build better, stronger and more inclusive working relationships as well as highlighting potential legal pitfalls and how to avoid or respond to them.
I also work with HR personnel delivering training providing insight into legal or best practice changes as part of their continuing professional development.
Some of my most popular courses include Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Employment Law in a Day, Managing Workplace Harassment Claims, Employment Law for Managers, Workplace Investigations and Disciplinaries, Grievances and Dismissal.
If you have any employment law training requirements, please do not hesitate to contact me on ksp@kilgannonlaw.co.uk or 01483 388900 / 07512 361573
